About QNC

QNC, short for Quid Nunc Consulting, derives its name from the Latin phrase "quid nunc" meaning "what now". As in, what do I do with my labour now?


Prevention is better than a cure, but the cost of prevention cannot be a deterrent. Entrepreneurs, small business owners, and enterprise hopefuls have enough stress as it is. Human capital solutions should not be one. 


QNC was established specifically to provide honest, relevant, and reliable human capital solutions to the entrepreneur, small business owner, and the enterprise hopeful at an affordable rate. We realise that the small business owner is in desperate need of affordable human capital solutions

Between new ventures, capital strategies, prospective clients, current clients, advertisement, expansion, financial outlook, your personal life, and remembering to replace the kettle (or was it the microwave?), you require a reliable system. Introduction to the Blog


This blog is aimed at providing honest, relevant, and reliable information pertaining to human capital management. 


Information about human capital management is often written in complicated ways, containing impossible to understand jargon. This leaves the reader struggling to find simplified information which is applicable to their situation. We aim to provide an easily accessible overview of various aspects to human capital, employment, and dispute resolution. 


It must be noted that the blogs are not intended to constitute human capital, or legal advice. The purpose is to educate and inform.
